General questions
All five clinics are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
Yes, we accept CINICO and all major private insurers (Britcay, Aetna, VRS/Fidelity, Cayman First, Pan American, BAF) with no co-pay required, and we handle direct billing and claims for you.
Fees depend on the treatment and the length of your session, and your first visit includes a full assessment and a written plan. Because we bill CINICO and major insurers directly, with no co-pay on most plans, many patients pay little or nothing out of pocket. Contact us for a clear quote for your specific treatment before you book.
No referral is required for most treatments, and you can book directly. Some insurers may request a GP letter for reimbursement, which our front desk arranges for you.
Photo ID and your insurance card, any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or specialist reports, and comfortable clothing you can move freely in.
Your first assessment runs about 45 minutes. Follow-up treatment sessions are typically 30 to 45 minutes depending on the plan.
Yes. For eligible patients our therapists can provide home visits, and a free shuttle service is available to and from the clinic.
Absolutely. Use the booking form on this site or the Patient Portal, and our team confirms your slot by phone, WhatsApp or email, usually within 24 hours.
Cancellations are free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day cancellations may incur a small fee.
Physiotherapy questions
No referral is needed for most cases, so you can book directly. Some insurers ask for a GP letter for reimbursement, which our front desk arranges for you.
Your first visit is about a 45-minute assessment covering your history, a movement screen and orthopaedic or neurological testing, followed by a written treatment plan. Hands-on treatment often begins the same visit.
It depends on your condition, but many musculoskeletal problems improve within four to six sessions, with re-assessment built in. You get a clear plan rather than open-ended visits.
Most treatment is comfortable. Some techniques can cause brief discomfort as we restore movement, and we always work within your tolerance and explain each step.
Wear comfortable clothing you can move freely in, and bring photo ID, your insurance card and any recent imaging (X-ray, MRI, ultrasound) or specialist reports.
Chiropractic Care questions
Performed by a registered chiropractor after a full assessment, adjustment has a strong safety record. We screen for contraindications before any treatment.
Usually not. You may hear a painless popping sound, which is simply gas releasing in the joint, and most people feel relief or easier movement afterward.
They overlap, and at Rehoboth the chiropractor and physiotherapists work as one team, so your plan combines whichever approach helps most rather than forcing a choice.
Many people notice change within a few visits. We pair adjustments with corrective exercise so improvements hold, instead of relying on endless visits.
Yes. We also address the pelvis and extremity joints such as the shoulder and knee, as well as headaches linked to the neck.
Shockwave Therapy questions
It uses acoustic pressure waves delivered to injured tissue to stimulate healing, and it has the strongest evidence for chronic tendon and fascia problems.
It can feel intense for a few minutes during treatment, but the intensity is adjustable and each session is short.
A typical course is three to five sessions, about one per week, with your progress reviewed around the fourth session.
It works best for stubborn plantar fasciitis, Achilles and patellar tendinopathy, and calcific shoulder tendinitis that have not settled with rest.
There is no real downtime. We ask you to avoid heavy, high-impact loading for a day or two and to follow your progressive loading exercises.
Dry Needling questions
No. Dry needling is a Western-medical technique that targets muscular trigger points based on anatomy, rather than the meridian system used in acupuncture.
A brief local twitch or ache is common and usually means the trigger point has released. Any soreness typically settles within a day.
Yes. We use single-use sterile needles that are applied once and disposed of immediately.
It helps myofascial pain, muscular knots, tension and cervicogenic headaches, and tightness that has not released with massage alone.
Many people feel reduced tension within minutes, with fuller relief over the following 24 to 48 hours.
Stroke Rehabilitation questions
As early as it is medically safe. Earlier, consistent practice supports better recovery, though meaningful gains are still possible when starting later.
Yes. The brain keeps adapting through neuroplasticity, and structured, high-repetition practice can drive progress well beyond the first few weeks.
Task-specific, progressively harder movement with feedback, plus gait retraining, balance work and robotic-assisted practice where it helps.
Yes. We coach family members on safe home practice, because much of recovery happens between clinic sessions.
Plans are reviewed roughly every two weeks against clear functional goals, so improvement is tracked rather than assumed.
General Practice questions
Yes. These are usually completed in a single 30-minute visit, including the required paperwork.
Yes. Same-week GP appointments are typically available across our clinics.
Blood pressure, BMI, basic blood work and a structured lifestyle review, with onward referral arranged if anything needs further attention.
No. New patients and families are welcome to book a general practice appointment.
Yes, including fitness and other statutory certificates where they are clinically appropriate.
Telemedicine questions
Follow-up reviews, minor ailments, prescription guidance, second opinions, and triage to decide whether you need an in-person visit.
Yes. Consultations use a secure video connection, and your information is handled in line with our privacy policy.
We can provide prescription guidance where it is clinically appropriate. Some situations still require an in-person assessment first.
A phone, tablet or computer with a camera, plus a quiet, well-lit space where you can talk privately.
It complements it. Hands-on treatment still happens in clinic, while reviews, advice and triage can be done remotely to save you a trip.
Wellness Programs questions
Anyone wanting to prevent injury, undo desk strain, build resilience after recovery, or simply move and feel better day to day.
Posture and movement coaching, a lifestyle review, exercise prescription and ergonomic guidance, all tailored to your goals.
No. The focus is prevention and long-term health, not just treating pain that is already there.
We set clear goals and re-measure along the way, so you can see real, objective change.
Yes. A wellness program often follows a rehabilitation plan to protect your gains and prevent the problem from returning.
We bill your insurer directly
No paperwork chase. We capture your details once, verify benefits before you arrive, and bill these insurers for you.

Free shuttle & home visits
Getting to care shouldn’t be the hard part. Our complimentary shuttle covers door-to-door transport across most of Grand Cayman for eligible plans, or let our therapists come to you with a home visit.
