Annual Health Checks
A yearly health check that reviews your blood pressure, weight, blood results and lifestyle, so small issues are picked up early while you still feel well.
What to expect
An annual health check is a planned appointment that takes stock of your health while you are feeling well. Rather than waiting for symptoms, it looks at the everyday markers that shape your long term health, including blood pressure, weight and body mass index, and blood results such as cholesterol and blood sugar. At Rehoboth our doctors review these together with your history and lifestyle, then explain clearly what is going well and what is worth acting on.
The visit is a two way conversation, not just a set of numbers. We talk through diet, activity, sleep, stress and family history, and set practical goals that fit your life in Cayman rather than generic advice. If a result needs attention, we can arrange treatment, further tests or a referral within our clinics. You leave with a written summary, a clear plan and a simple picture of anything to keep an eye on before next year.
Checks can be tailored to your age, sex and any conditions that run in your family, so a detailed executive style screening and a routine yearly review both fit here. Appointments are usually available the same week across our Grand Cayman clinics, and we bill CINICO and major insurers directly. Our front desk confirms what your plan covers before your visit, so you know where you stand from the start.

Your annual health checks journey
Assessment first, a clear written plan, then treatment and review. You always know the next step.
Book and prepare
Call (345) 329-8585 or book online and let us know if you would like blood tests included, as some require you to fast beforehand. Bring a photo ID, your insurance details and a list of your medicines. Same-week appointments are usually available across Grand Cayman.
Measurements and bloods
During your visit we record your blood pressure, height, weight and body mass index, and take any blood samples for tests such as cholesterol and blood sugar. Your doctor examines you where useful and asks about your history, symptoms and lifestyle, so the results are read in the context of your life.
Results and your plan
We talk through your results in plain language, highlight anything worth acting on and agree practical goals with you. You receive a written summary to take away. If a result needs treatment, further tests or a referral, we arrange the next step within our clinics and confirm your insurance cover.
Annual Health Checks questions, answered
A standard annual check includes blood pressure, weight and body mass index, and blood tests such as cholesterol and blood sugar, alongside a lifestyle review. Your doctor explains the results and gives you a written plan. Checks can be tailored to your age and family history.
For some blood tests, such as cholesterol and blood sugar, fasting gives the most accurate result, so we will tell you when you book if that applies to you. If fasting is needed, avoid food for the hours advised and drink only water beforehand.
Most annual health checks take around 45 minutes to an hour, covering measurements, bloods, examination and a discussion of your lifestyle. If you want a more detailed executive style screening, allow a little longer, and we will confirm timings when you book.
